  Once Upon a Child - Milford, CT The Once Upon a Child store in Milford, CT is in disarray.. every square foot! The employees are unprofessional and clearly unqualified for the job at hand. I will never return there due to the lack of care given to the items in store... everything was thrown around here, there, and on the floor.. an unclean feel. Store is in poor condition as well as the employees, so sad since it markets around young children.. it should be a happy clean place, but it clearly is NOT.

  2nd time attempting to bring clothes and was rejected. First time was told to come earlier, note, I arrived well before their closing time, 4 hrs before. So the second time I did and their excuse this time was they were not taking clothes because they were having a sale which makes absolutely no sense why they wouldn't take clothes. Very poorly managed and they will waste your time. Not coming back. See ya!

  Horrible... The women who work there dislike there job. Went there with 3 bags of good clothes and they kept less than a bag everything was hardly worn some still had tags.. I know all my stuff wasn't looked through!
