  I went into this store with my sister in law and my 2 girls looking for flower girl dresses. The owner had a very condescending tone when dealing me and my two girls. She watched them from under the fitting room curtain, as if we were going to steal or destroy her dresses and at one point opened the fitting room curtain while my 9 yr old was in there changing, to reprimand her for stepping into the dress rather than putting it on over her head. While I was helping my 9 yr old zip, my 5 yr old took a toy make up compact out while wearing a dress, and the owner yelled at her also, making her cry. I understand that you do not want make up on the dresses, but there is a much nicer way to go about it. When she heard me say that if she opened a curtain on my kid one more time she was gonna hear it from me, she suddenly changed her tone. We went in there, looking for 2 dresses, at about $150-$200 a piece and this is how you treat your customers? Never again will I shop or send anyone there.

  I experienced atrocious customer service at this store. I went in with my 7 yr. old to find accessories for her communion dress (shoes, bag, veil, etc.). We found some shoes and went out to the car to get the dress and compare it to the shoes as the dress was off white. We returned and while trying to go into a dressing room, the owner came out of nowhere stating "What are you doing?" I said we were putting on the dress to see it with the shoes as they had told me it was final sale only for the shoes. She told me other customers needed to try on items and I couldn't do it. Apparently, I wasn't a customer!!!! This upset me and her co-worker (who turned out to be her daughter!) tried to help me after I complained how she treated me. She said I could come in the back room and change so we went back there to do so and then her mom came flying over and snapped at her saying "I need you up here to help and they can't be back there." Her daughter did try to help us and was nice. I feel bad for her position in life. I did not buy the item. Her loss, as I found the same shoe on line for 30% less, no tax, and free shipping & returns on Amazon!!! I got the veil at David's Bridals (who did let us try on the dress in the store). Really sad that the big box store had way better customer service! Do not shop here...customers shouldn't be treated like this.
